In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active rk888 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rk888 enforces a strict 21+ age policy with no exceptions. Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold a Member account.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and update that information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement with rk888 or using online gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of rk888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previously suspended or terminated rk888 account, unless rk888 has expressly granted written reinstatement.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) rk888 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to.
• Indonesian mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal processing.

rk888 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage. You agree to provide supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of bank account ownership, and a selfie or liveness check as required. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by rk888 support will result in account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.

rk888 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rk888 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another Member's account under any circumstances.

rk888 strongly recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact rk888 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

rk888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password from a source claiming to be rk888 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — including all wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified rk888 of unauthorized access in accordance with our security escalation procedure.

All transactions on the rk888 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rk888 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges in accordance with its standard fee schedule.

The following payment channels are currently supported on rk888:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the rk888 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. rk888 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and transaction history.

rk888 reserves the right to suspend or delay the processing of any withdrawal that triggers an internal risk, fraud, or AML (anti-money laundering) review. In such cases, the Member will be notified via the email address on their account, and a resolution timeline will be communicated within 24 hours of the suspension notice.

rk888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, qualifying game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (where applicable), and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus rules apply across all rk888 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are issued to a single eligible account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through separate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• rk888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any wagers placed with Bonus Funds, and recover any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage strategies, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements.
• Bonus Funds expire at the end of the promotion period or within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Member's account without compensation.
• rk888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

All sporting event bets placed through the rk888 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that sport and competition. Key general principles include:

• All bets are accepted subject to available balance at the time of placement. Bets placed in excess of available Balance will be voided.
• Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at rk888's discretion. rk888 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, rk888 will apply the standard void/refund rules applicable to that market type.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary based on event, competition tier, and individual account settings. rk888 reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits for any Member at its sole discretion.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). rk888 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rk888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in creating accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any software designed to interact with the rk888 Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the rk888 Platform. Any Member who discovers such a vulnerability must report it to rk888 support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that leverages non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using the rk888 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any genuine transaction processed through the rk888 Platform via your bank or payment provider without first raising the issue with rk888 support.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rk888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, or resell any portion of the rk888 Platform or its content without prior written authorization from rk888.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any rk888 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without rk888's express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the rk888 Platform using automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the rk888 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing errors beyond rk888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where rk888 has not been notified of the unauthorized access in accordance with Section 4.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by KYC verification requirements, bank maintenance periods, or fraud review procedures.
• Betting or gaming decisions made by you in reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit rk888's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where rk888's liability cannot be fully excluded, its total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Member into their rk888 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rk888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rk888 will notify Members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on the affected account.

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the change notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days from the date of publication for material changes. Your continued use of the rk888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting rk888 support.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
